Our Platform

100% under our control. That’s our advantage.

Nine functions, one company. Every step between a product idea and a customer unboxing it is owned and operated by Trademark Global — which is why we can move quickly, catch problems early, and keep margin inside the business.

The nine functions we own

Read this as a sequence. A product moves through all nine, and at no point does it leave the company or wait on an outside party’s schedule.

Step 01

Product Development

Our own designers and product managers work from category gaps and customer feedback rather than a supplier’s catalogue. Specifications, materials, packaging and cost targets are set in-house, which means we can revise a design without renegotiating a contract.

Step 02

Global Sourcing

Sourcing offices in China, Vietnam and India, staffed by our employees. They negotiate directly with factories, manage tooling and production schedules, and give us alternatives when a category, a cost or a tariff position changes.

Step 03

Quality & Compliance

Inspection happens at the factory, in the market where the product is made. Our teams manage testing, documentation and category-specific regulatory requirements, so problems are corrected on the line instead of surfacing in reviews and returns.

Step 04

Logistics & Import

We manage freight, customs and inbound scheduling ourselves. Controlling the import path means we can flex routes and timing around demand and cost rather than accepting whatever a forwarder has available.

Step 05

Warehousing & Inventory

More than 1.4 million square feet of warehouse and light-manufacturing space under our own roofs. Inventory depth is a decision we make, not a constraint a landlord or a 3PL imposes on us.

Step 06

3PL & FTZ Services

The same infrastructure that serves our brands is available to partners. Foreign Trade Zone capability lets duty be deferred until goods actually ship, which is real working capital rather than an accounting nicety.

Step 07

In-House Advertising & Creative

Media buying, performance marketing, photography, video and copy are all produced by our own teams. A listing can be tested, rewritten and reshot in days, and the people making creative decisions see the sales data directly.

Step 08

Digital Commerce

We run our own marketplace and direct-to-consumer operations — catalogue, content, pricing and promotion. Because we also own inventory and creative, a pricing or assortment change can go live without a chain of approvals.

Step 09

Fulfillment & Customer Care

Orders are picked, packed and shipped by our people, and the customer service team answering questions works for us. Their feedback goes straight back to product development, which closes the loop that outsourcing usually breaks.

Direct Control. End-to-End. No Outsourcing.

Our teams operate in the markets where products are made. We source direct from factories across 30 countries, and manage the entire journey from product to consumer with speed, accountability and quality built in.

Value-added services & capabilities we control

Four of these capabilities are available to outside partners as well as our own brands. If you need the infrastructure without building it, this is where to start.

3PL Services

Receiving, storage, pick and pack, and outbound shipping from our own facilities — the same operation that handles our brands, which means it is tested at volume every day rather than spun up for a new client. Capacity flexes with seasonal peaks, and because we run the warehouse rather than rent space in someone else’s, exceptions get handled by people who can actually decide.

FTZ / Foreign Trade Zone

Foreign Trade Zone capability lets duty and certain fees be deferred until goods leave the zone for domestic sale — and avoided entirely on goods that are re-exported. For an importer holding meaningful inventory, that is working capital freed up rather than sitting with customs, plus simpler handling of re-labelling, kitting and returns before entry.

In-House Advertising

A performance marketing team running retail media, paid search and social against our own P&L. They are measured on sales rather than impressions, and they see inventory positions and margin, so spend follows what is actually profitable and in stock — a loop that is very hard to close with an agency on a monthly retainer.

In-House Creative

Photography, video, lifestyle imagery, listing content and brand identity, produced by our own studio. Shooting in-house means a new product has finished assets when it lands rather than weeks later, and a listing that is underperforming can be reshot and rewritten in days.

The infrastructure behind it

Owned assets, not leased promises.
