In late 2013, Trademark partnered with Cleveland-based private equity firm Blue Point Capital Partners to provide needed growth capital and assist the business with managing the rapid growth. After three extraordinarily successful years, Trademark then partnered with San Mateo, CA-based private equity firm Bertram Capital in late 2016, with the goal of leveraging Bertramís technology infrastructure and further accelerating growth, both organically and acquisitively. Trademark has always remained ahead of the trend in e-Commerce, an industry that is now well over $300 billion in the US, and is well positioned to capitalize on the future growth in the industry with the knowledge gained as an e-Commerce pioneer, the infrastructure that has been built, and an unrelenting focus on providing products that will sell well in an "endless aisle" e-Commerce environment.
